Heavy-gauge steel, excellent knee padding and a cam profile that keeps tension throughout. Loading plates is quick and it fits neatly in a small footprint. Exactly what we needed.

I was sceptical about switching from a selectorised curl but this blows it out of the water. The independent arms expose any hamstring imbalances immediately. Super smooth and well-built.

The kneeling position puts you in a much better stretch than a lying leg curl. The hamstring contraction is unreal. We've had zero maintenance issues after months of daily use. 5 stars no question.
