Delivery Policy

Applies to all orders delivered by DieselFit across South Africa.

Commercial gym equipment is heavy, bulky, and varies enormously in size — a dip bar attachment and a power cage do not move the same way. Because of that, we don't display an instant delivery price online. Every order gets a real delivery cost, confirmed by us, before you pay anything.

How Delivery Is Priced

Delivery cost is calculated per order based on:

  • Total weight — heavier and bulkier orders cost more to move, the same way they would with any freight carrier.
  • Delivery province — a province surcharge applies on top of the base rate depending on distance from our facility.

This is why the price you see while browsing is the equipment price only — delivery is added once we know your province and the full weight of your order, and is confirmed to you as part of your quote before any payment is taken.

Handling & Transit Time

Orders are handled and prepared for freight within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Transit time is typically 3–7 business days once your order leaves our facility, depending on your province.

Delivery covers all of South Africa.

These are estimates, not guarantees — rural or outlying areas may take longer. Any delay we're made aware of will be communicated to you directly.

Installation

Professional installation is available on request for products that require it, and is quoted per product alongside your delivery cost — it is never a surprise added after the fact. If you'd like installation, request it before your quote is sent so it can be included.

Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order, and that the delivery vehicle has reasonable access to your site.
  • Inspect your order on arrival where possible. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, see our Return Policy for how that's handled.
