Applies to anyone browsing dieselfit.co.za or requesting a quote or order from DieselFit.

By using this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, contact us before placing an order — we'd rather explain it upfront than leave you guessing.

How Ordering Works

• Prices shown while browsing are for the equipment only — they don't include delivery, which depends on weight and province.
• Submitting a quote request is not a binding purchase and requires no payment upfront.
• We confirm real pricing, including delivery, within 24 hours. An order only becomes binding once you accept that quote.
• Where a deposit is required, it will be stated clearly in your quote before you accept it — never added afterwards.

Pricing

We take reasonable care to display accurate pricing, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing error before your quote is confirmed, we'll let you know and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel at no cost. Displayed prices include VAT at the applicable South African rate.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery timeframes, coverage, and how delivery is priced are set out in our Delivery Policy. Professional installation is available on request and quoted alongside delivery.

Returns

What's covered by a return, and how to request one, is set out in our Return Policy.

Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• The information you give us when ordering or signing up must be accurate and current.
• We may suspend or close an account used to abuse the site, place fraudulent orders, or breach these terms.

Site Content

Product descriptions, images, and branding on this site belong to DieselFit (or are used with permission) and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our consent.

Liability

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
