Return Policy
Effective from the date of purchase. Applies to all orders fulfilled by DieselFit.
At DieselFit, we take full accountability for every order that leaves our facility. If we made the mistake β you will be made right. If the mistake originated with a manufacturer, courier, or any other third party, that liability lies with them. We will assist wherever we can, but we will not accept responsibility for errors that were never in our control.
What We Cover
A return will be accepted β and a replacement or full refund issued β only in circumstances where DieselFit is directly responsible for the error. This is limited to:
- Wrong item shipped β You received a different product than the one you ordered.
In qualifying cases, DieselFit will cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund in full β your choice.
What We Do Not Cover
The following fall outside of DieselFit's return policy and will not be accepted as grounds for a return:
- Manufacturing defects or product quality issuesβ These are the manufacturer's responsibility. We will direct you to the appropriate warranty process, but the claim is not ours to resolve.
- Courier or transit damage β If a product was damaged after it left our facility, the claim lies with the third-party logistics provider. We will assist in facilitating that process.
- Change of mindβ We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, reconsidered purchases, or incorrectly selected specifications.
- Incorrect measurements or fitβ It is the customer's responsibility to verify all product dimensions and specifications before confirming a quote or purchase.
- Normal wear and tear β This applies especially to used and refurbished equipment where condition is disclosed at time of sale.
The Investigation Process
Every return request is subject to a thorough internal investigation before any decision is made. We take this seriously β to protect our customers and to ensure our process is never abused.
Original order records and packing documentation are reviewed.
You may be asked to provide photographic or video evidence of what was received.
If required, a representative may contact you directly for further information.
A final decision will be communicated within 5β7 business days of your submission.
How to Submit a Return Request
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe it qualifies under this policy.
Include in your message
- Your order reference number
- A clear description of what you received versus what you ordered
- Photographic evidence of the item received
- Your contact number and preferred contact time
